What students are saying

From fresh pasta to pizza night, classes are built around hands-on learning, approachable instruction, and a shared meal at the end.

Paul's cooking class was fantastic. Through hands-on instruction, I learned how to make egg pasta from scratch and to fill and shape ricotta tortelloni. The flourless chocolate cake we made was simple and decadent. It will be a staple at my future dinner parties.

While we cooked, we sipped wine and snacked on bruschetta and cheese. And then got to sample our delicious dishes. It was so much fun! Paul’s knowledge and passion for food made this class inspiring and informative. I learned many new techniques and tips. I highly recommend Paul’s classes!

"I had an amazing time at the pizza making class, and I can’t recommend it enough! Paul was absolutely fantastic—he brought such great energy to the class and made the entire experience super fun and engaging. He’s not only entertaining, but also really knows his stuff. His instructions were clear and easy to follow, even for beginners.

From kneading the dough to choosing the perfect toppings, Paul guided us through each step with patience and humor, making the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable. By the end, I had made a delicious pizza from scratch—and had a blast doing it!

If you’re looking for a hands-on, fun culinary experience, definitely book a class with Paul. He makes pizza making both educational and a ton of fun."

Paul’s demonstration was not only extremely informative, but also fun. For someone who isn’t super knowledgeable in the kitchen, he took time to answer my questions, explain the processes, and accommodate to my level of competency.

The pizza was phenomenal, the instructions clear, and the whole experience was memorable and fun!! I look forward to another demonstration.
